  • Your first session is about getting to know you—your history, your goals, and what feels most important right now. We’ll also talk about how therapy works and answer any questions you have.

  • You can expect sessions to last 53-60 minutes. The number of sessions depends on your needs and goals. Some clients notice meaningful shifts in a few months, while others choose longer-term work for deeper healing.

  • Yes, we are in-network with a variety of insurance plans. These include Anthem/Blue Cross, Medical Mutual, Aetna, United Healthcare/Optum, and OhioHealthy. Each provider is able to accept different plans, so please let us know which insurance you’ll be using so we can match you with the right clinician.

  • Our self-pay rate is $140 for the initial intake, and $125 for additional sessions. With insurance, the cost of therapy will vary based on your specific plan. It is recommended that you contact your provider to find out what your mental health benefits are.
