Courtney Winger, LISW-S (she/her)

Owner, Mental Health Therapist

Courtney is a clinician with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. She has a Master’s in Social Work from Case Western University.  With a background in community mental health, she has treated a wide variety of both mental health and substance use disorders.  She considers her style to be compassionate, direct, and present. She is certified in EMDR, and uses a variety of treatment approaches with her clients, including DBT, attachment-based therapy, IFS, and compassion-based therapy. She most enjoys trauma work and helping clients navigate relationship concerns. 

Ellen McDaniel, LSW (she/her)

Mental Health Therapist

Ellen is a compassionate clinician dedicated to expanding mental health access, particularly for under-served communities. With a Master’s in Social Work from The Ohio State University and over eight years of experience in the field, she has led efforts to reduce mental health stigma and increase awareness. Ellen works with ages 12+, and strives to offer a safe, non-judgmental space. Known for building trust quickly, she helps even the most hesitant clients feel comfortable. Her creative approach allows her to tailor therapy in unique ways that engage each individual. Trained in trauma-informed care, Ellen empowers clients to take charge of their own healing, using techniques like Motivational Interviewing, DBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. 

Megan Bonecutter, LPC (she/her)

Mental Health Therapist

Megan is a clinician with a quirky, non-conventional approach. She aims to create a welcoming environment where clients feel validated, relaxed, and free to express themselves without judgment. She holds a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School and specializes in trauma-informed care. Her therapeutic approach combines EMDR, person-centered therapy, CBT, and psychodynamics. Megan helps clients gain self-awareness and manage somatic symptoms using coping techniques like mindfulness, meditation, grounding, art, music, humor, and more, all through a compassionate, multicultural lens. She has experience working with older adolescents and adults.

Raegan Donchess, LSW (she/her)

Mental Health Therapist

Raegan is a clinician who describes her style as person-centered and eclectic. She holds a Master’s of Social Work from the University of Denver, with a background in school social work, private practice, community mental health, and higher education. Raegan works with ages 14+, and is intentional about creating a space where clients can explore their concerns without judgment, and with curiosity and compassion. She highly values building a strong therapeutic relationship. Raegan uses a variety of treatment modalities, including CBT, attachment-based therapy, IFS, and Gestalt, with a trauma-informed, inclusive, and feminist lens. She most enjoys working with clients navigating anxiety, disordered eating, body image concerns, relationship issues, and life transitions.
